With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
SHOULDER PRESS
A postural rotation machine with abdominal stabilization and convergent thrust action for the effective training of the deltoid muscles. Featuring auxotonic progressive resistance and the Canali “Safety Back” system, it reduces the tension on the back. The position of the handles allows to train the front and rear of the deltoids, and to use all progressive flexion angles of the shoulder girdle.
BENEFITS
By lifting the moving part of the machine the resistance load is achieved without using added weights. The same lifting movement allows the support on the spinal column and the stabilization of the abdominal
muscles during the specific training on each individual machine. The user can alter the resistance between the right and the left sides according to the user’s needs. The Auxotonic resistance, or the progressive load resistance, allows you to train at the optimum level during the entire range of movement without decreasing the training in the most favourable execution angles. The convergence of the levers allows the thrust of the single shoulder girdle as a completion of the action of the upper limbs.
