Postural rotation machine with abdominal stabilization for the strengthening of the quadriceps muscles through the knee extension action. Progressive auxotonic resistance. “Safety Knee” system for lowering the tension on the knee and reducing the risk of hyper extension and hyper flexion. Canali’s “Safety Back” system reduces the tension on the lower back.
BENEFITS
The lifting of the moving part of the machine allows to produce the resistant load without using added weights. The same lifting movement allows to support the spinal column and stabilize the abdominal muscles during the specific work out on each individual machine. There is the
possibility to use the machine with one limb at a time. The Auxotonic resistance, or the progressive load resistance, allows you to train at the best during the entire range of movement without decreasing the training in the most favourable execution angles. The rotation of the machine engages the abdominal muscles reducing the cutting action on the knee, allowing a muscular action on the vastus muscles without producing tension on the tendons, and eliminating the compression effect on the knee.
